Talked about a plan for stem cell transplant conditioning with Dr. Ian Thornley. Monday Oct. 18th – Start Conditioning Wednesday Oct. 27th. – Transplant Day Sofia should visit the clinic again for donor screening. By that Oct. 18th we should have 2 negative PCR CMV cultures. ATF
